The contrast between my skin and hair color is very high (white skin and dark hair) and any pastel color makes me even more pale, but since I love it and I don't intent to stop wearing it, I need to put some color near my face. In this case, the pink lipstick is the perfect choice, but it's also great to wear some colorful necklace or scarf. How are your plans for the weekend? I'm in Belo Horizonte and I'm gonna enjoy it with my boyfriend and our "daughter"Lola!

I spent the weekend resting at home, enjoying my family and doing things for me - so good! I went to a local store on saturday morning and got myself these amazing leather bracelets for only BR$15,00 each, great deal! Can't wait to start my arm parties with them!

I love to talk about nail polish trends - I became addicted to nail polishes since I started this blog. And, for the next season, it seems like our nails will be brown and nude, which makes me very happy. In my opinion, brown (and gray, of course) has everything to do with winter, it's the perfect color for the cold weather. During the last fashion week season in Brazil (early january), almost every brand on the runway showed their models with brown and nude nails (mettalic, cintilant or plain), so gorgeous! As we can see, the metallic nail polishes will continue strong, and so will be the cintilant (is it really coming back as a trend?) and the "glass effect" (pictures below from the brazilian brand Big Universo for Nica Kessler - Fashion Rio Winter 2012), which makes it even more sparkle. I don't know about you but I love brown and nude nail polishes and, for me, it couldn't be better, I'm so into it!

Every single fashion blog was talking about Fashion Rio Fall/Winter 2012 for the past two weeks and I wasn't, but that doesn't mean that I didn't pay attention to all the details on the runways, I just didn't want to be repetitive. But anyway, it's impossible not to talk about the brand Maria Bonita Extra - for me, it was FR's best. The skirt and blouse twin-sets are so amazing, it seems like the trend is really coming back this winter. I'm totally in love with the transparent black one and the burgundy one from the picture above. And those Miu Miu inspired shoes... OMG I'm in love! Like a good shoe addicted, I want it so bad! Can't wait for the collection to arrive at the stores in early march!

Sunkissed

My hair is now sunkissed! The result is great, just what I was expecting - so natural that we almost can't see the difference. Since this was the first time in my life that I dyed my hair or did something like this, I wanted to take it easy so I wouldn't freak out, but I'm gonna do a little bit more soon, then we will be able to see it. Anyway, the pictures can't show you exactly how it is and I guarantee that it looks much better in person. Have a nice sunday!
